If the problem is one that can be fixed remotely, then the BCNS team (generally Richard or Alan) will email you back and, if need be, arrange a call. On days when the Technicians are in, they will pick up the query via BCNS and then they will come and find you, but please feel free to pop down to see them.

Technicians

Our technicians are Tom and John. Tom is in Mon and Weds from around midday. His colleague John is in Friday afternoons.

Technician hours will be posted on the IT room door.

A plea from Rebecca

Please remember, although I oversee IT, my ability and capacity to hold issues is limited, and I do not need to know about problems; our amazing new team now hold that role.
